All tickets grant access to the festival grounds, live performances, food & drink vendors, and other on-site activities.

Refund & Ticket Change Policy

Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation. If the festival is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or a ticket transfer to a future edition.

Ticket Changes: Upgrades from a single-day pass to a two-day pass may be possible, subject to availability. Contact customer support for assistance. Name changes on tickets are not allowed to prevent resale fraud.

Weather Conditions: The festival is a rain-or-shine event. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related inconveniences.
